Paddisons is a highly experienced & professional team of Chartered Surveyors established in 1992, to provide a full and personal rating service to its hundreds of clients. Most of our clients have been with us from “day one”, and it is always our intention to give them more than they expect, and with a smile.
With offices in Northampton and Saffron Walden, we are unusual in that we provide the personal touch associated with a “small” company, yet operate nationwide – with clients including sole proprietors, national charities, and major industrial companies, covering many different types of properties.
Paddisons is a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
David Webb
David Webb has been a Chartered Surveyor for 30 years. After several years working on rating for the Valuation Office Agency, he moved into private practice and has spent most of his career dealing with all manner of rating issues. In 1992 he formed Paddisons with our Consultant, Andrew Paddison.
Andrew Ellis
Andrew Ellis has been a director at Paddisons since 2006. Before joining us, he was with a leading firm of national Rating Surveyors for 18 years after starting his career in the Valuation office Agency.
Our 2 Directors, together with Consultant Andrew Paddison have, between them, more than 70 years of experience in our chosen field.
